Don’t panic. We’ve all been there. You’re at a family dinner. Your cousin is talking about their new car. You forget the world exists.
Then you check your phone and see the final score: UConn 88, Opponent 52. And you feel both relief (they crushed it) and regret (you missed Paige’s highlight dunk).
The fix? YouTube the replay. Usually, someone uploads the full game within an hour. Or catch the highlights on the ESPN app. It’s not the same, but it’s better than nothing.
One Last Pro Tip
Set your calendar for the entire season in October. Yes, before they even play a real game. Go to the UConn website, click “Add to Calendar,” and boom—every game time is on your phone.
Then you’ll never ask “When do they play?” again. You’ll be the friend other people text for the schedule. You’ll feel powerful.
And if you still miss a game? Blame it on daylight saving time. That’s what I do. Works every time. Go Huskies!
