Oh, and while you’re checking Saturday’s time, remember there’s a Sunday results show too. It usually airs around 7:15 PM, but again—check your planner. That extra bit of planning means you’ll never be left wondering who got the boot while you were making dinner.

Consider yourself warned: if you don’t check, you might accidentally spoil the results on social media. And let’s be honest, that’s a pain worse than a dodgy foxtrot.
A Final, Inspiring Nudge
So here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it: find the exact time for Strictly this Saturday. Write it down, tattoo it on your soul—or just set that phone alarm. Then, on the day, let that time be your signal to switch off the noise and turn on the sparkle.
You see, the question “What time is Strictly on?” isn’t just about scheduling. It’s about permission. Permission to laugh, to gasp, to cheer for a random celebrity’s samba. It’s your weekly invitation to be silly, joyful, and utterly you. And once you master that one simple piece of information, you unlock a whole new level of weekend bliss.
Go on—embrace the quest. Find that time, mark your calendar, and get ready for the most uplifting hour of your week. Because life is short, but a good Strictly dance? That sparkle lasts forever.
