Need a haircut? Supercuts is open, and they’ll give you a trim that makes you look like you’ve got your life together for at least 48 hours. Magic.
A well-known firm is opening a new shop at Crystal Peaks in Sheffield
If you need a new key cut, head to Timpson. It’s open, and the staff are lovely. They also do shoe repairs and engraving. You can get a key cut and a little brass plate for your dog. Multi-talented.
And for the kids? The Entertainer is open, and it’s basically a sugar-rush of plastic joy. Prepare for whining. Prepare for spending £15 on a slime kit that will ruin your carpets. You’ve been warned.
A Quick Note on Opening Times (Because We All Get It Wrong)
Most of these shops are open Monday to Saturday, roughly 9am to 5:30pm. But on Sundays, things get weird. Crystal Peaks has a more relaxed vibe on a Sunday, with most shops opening around 10:30am or 11am and closing by 4pm. Don’t be that person who shows up at 4:10pm and rattles the gates. The security guard will give you the look. You know the look.
Bank holidays are a bit of a wild card. Your best bet? Check the centre’s website before you go, unless you enjoy staring at a closed WHSmith for twenty minutes. No judgment.
