Remember Jadis? The weird lady who talked in riddles and had a pet walker? She was the one who radioed the CRM about Rick.
She later shows up in the CRM too. She and Rick have a strange, forced alliance. It’s like a buddy cop movie, but with more zombies and bad wigs.
Meanwhile, Michonne back home thinks Rick is dead. She moves on. She finds love again. It’s heartbreaking, but also realistic.
The Real-Life Drama
Andrew Lincoln left the main show to spend time with his family in England. He was tired of being away from his kids. That’s a very human reason to ditch a TV empire.
But here’s the kicker: he promised to return. He wouldn’t let the character die. That’s loyalty.
The fans went wild. They started #WhereIsRick trends. They analyzed every frame of the spin-off shows. They became detectives with too much time on their hands.
