In Vice City, you play as Tommy Vercetti, a small-time hood who's trying to make it big in the city of vice. You'll spend your time driving, shooting, and scheming your way to the top of the criminal underworld. With a huge open world to explore, you'll never be bored in Vice City.
The gameplay is all about freedom and choice. Want to jack a car and go for a spin? Done. Want to take down a rival gang? Easy. The world is your playground, and you get to make the rules. Well, mostly - the cops might have something to say about that!
