I took my bowl to a little window seat, watching London’s chaos blur past. One bite, and I actually let out a little gasp. The smoky chipotle dressing danced with the avocado like they were old pals at a salsa club.

They also do these killer flatbreads on the side, warm and fluffy with a hint of za’atar. I got one dipped in a mint-yoghurt sauce that was so fresh it could’ve made a blender jealous.
