Should you buy online or in-store? Online is like online dating—great previews, but you might end up with a liar. In-store lets you face-plant into the mattress and groan, which is a valid testing method.
However, online retailers offer a 100-night trial. That’s three months of free sleeping. You can basically rent a mattress from Bed Bath & Beyond and send it back if you break up with your partner during the trial period. No questions asked.
