Here’s the big one. Clear bags only are allowed inside. We’re talking 12” x 6” x 12” max. That’s a standard gallon-size ziplock bag, if you want a visual. Why? So the security folks can glance inside and wave you through without digging through your stash of emergency cheese curds.
If you show up with a cute little clutch purse that’s not clear? You’re going to have a bad time. The only exception is a very small clutch, no bigger than 4.5” x 6.5”. That’s basically the size of your phone plus a credit card. Nothing else fits, folks. Not your keys, not your lip gloss, not your dignity after you’re turned away at the gate.
And please, for the love of all that is Hawkeye, no backpacks. Not even tiny, cute ones. Not even if you promise to be really nice. The policy is harsh on backpacks. They are the enemy. They are the reason you will be walking back to your car, muttering things you’d never say in front of your grandmother.

What About My Stuff?
Okay, so your bag game is now a sad, transparent rectangle. What can you actually bring inside? Good news: you can still carry a jacket or a blanket over your arm. You can also bring a seat cushion, as long as it doesn’t have any pockets or zippers. Think of it as a foam fortress against both cold bleachers and bag policy scrutiny.
Sunscreen? Yeah, bring it, but travel-size only. No industrial-grade pump bottles. And yes, you can still bring a factory-sealed water bottle. One per person. So if you’re bringing a friend, they have to hold their own. Sharing is caring, but not for hydration inside Kinnick.
I feel like I should also mention: camera bags are a no-go. Even tiny ones. And binoculars cases? Also no. Just shove those binoculars loose in your pocket or around your neck. Live on the edge. Be the chaotic fan you were born to be.
