So, to answer your burning question: No, the post office is not open on Easter Monday. But honestly? That’s a good thing. You’re supposed to be outside, pretending to find hidden eggs, or—at the very least—eating a chocolate bunny ear first.
Treat Easter Monday like what it is: a built-in excuse to procrastinate that package until Tuesday. The mail isn’t going anywhere. And if it is, that’s what carrier pigeons are for. (Okay, that’s a lie. But you can blame the post office for that one, too.)
Now go enjoy your holiday, you beautiful, stamp-less fool.
