You get the report. Numbers everywhere. Don’t freak out. A trace detection doesn’t mean immediate doom. The human body handles tiny amounts. The danger comes from chronic exposure (drinking poisoned water for years). If your water reads 15 ppb, switch to bottled water today and install a reverse osmosis filter tomorrow. Those filters actually work – unlike my DIY garlic test.
And if your soil test shows arsenic? Don’t grow tomatoes in it. Grow flowers. Or a lawn. Your life is too short to stress about root vegetables.
