According to the show’s canon, Ravi was born in 1990. That makes him around 34 or 35 as we chat today in 2026. But hold your horses—does that really track with his chaotic energy?
Think about it. He’s the son of the legendary Ranveer, and a half-brother to the equally complicated Priya. The writers love a messy timeline, and Ravi’s backstory has more twists than a bag of Wotsits.
The Actor’s Real Age vs. The Character’s
Here’s where it gets fun. The brilliant actor Aaron Thiara who plays Ravi was born in 1994. That makes him 30 or 31 in real life. So, the character is actually older than the actor! Try wrapping your head around that for your next pub quiz.
It’s a common soap trick, but it makes you wonder: does Ravi act his age, or is he stuck in a permanent state of “angry young man”? He’s been a villain, a father, a businessman, and a romantic interest—all before turning thirty-five. Talk about a mid-life crisis waiting to happen!
