Deleting your account doesn’t delete your entire group chat history for others. It’s like you whispered a secret, then left the room—the secret stays. Your name will just become a ghostly “Unknown User.” Spooky!
How Can You Temporarily or Permanently Deactivate your Account?
If you want to leave a group chat first, do that. It’s polite, and you avoid being that person who vanishes like a magician. Plus, it’s one less notification in your final hours.
No pressure, though. You’re the star of your own digital drama—exit however you like.
