The free Express Start Breakfast is where this hotel truly flexes. We’re not talking stale pastries here—there’s a hot selection with scrambled eggs, sausages, and that glorious self-serve pancake machine. Yes, you read that right. You push a button, and a mini pancake appears like a carb-loaded magic trick.
The coffee bar runs 24/7, which is basically a public service for jet-lagged souls and early-morning recruits. Grab a cup, snag a window seat, and watch the DLR trains glide past while you plot your day. Cost-saving hack: this breakfast easily saves you £15-20 versus a café run, leaving more cash for a market splurge at nearby Borough Market or a pint at Printworks.
