The main event here is the IMAX screen. It’s 20 meters high, which is roughly the height of a six-story building. Or, as I like to calculate, the height of four giraffes standing on each other’s shoulders. When the lights go down, you’re not watching a movie—you’re in it.
Every explosion feels personal. Every whispered line sounds like it’s coming from the seat next to you. And if you’re sitting in the 4DX seats? Good luck. You’ll be jolted, sprayed, and wind-blasted so hard you’ll forget you’re in Glasgow and think you’re on a budget-friendly vacation to a storm-chaser convention. Hold onto your popcorn.
But here’s the thing: even the standard screens are excellent. They’re clean, the sound is crisp, and the seats recline far enough that you can almost convince yourself you’re napping at home. Just try not to snore during the slow bits.

The “Secret” Screen You Need to Know
Don’t sleep on Screen 1. It’s their flagship room, and it’s where they show the big blockbusters on that super-wide Superscreen. It’s so wide that you’ll feel like you’re sitting at the edge of the universe. And yes, you will cry during the emotional parts. That’s allowed.
Smaller screens like Screen 7 are perfect for indie films or that one artsy movie your friend insisted you see. They’re cozy, intimate, and you can usually stretch your legs out. It’s like a hug for your butt.
