Saul (Milton) and Will (Kennard) didn’t just play a set. They unleashed a sonic assault that was surprisingly well-crafted. The live drum kit added a raw, human punch to tracks like ‘Blind Faith’ and ‘Time’, making you forget the rain completely. It was loud enough to rearrange your internal organs—in the best way possible.
The light show was a masterpiece of controlled chaos. Strobe lights cut through the drizzle, turning thousands of wet faces into a blur of white and green. Honestly, I lost track of time after the thirtieth drop. Who needs a watch when you can measure life in bass drops, right? Side note: My Fitbit thought I was having a heart attack. It was not entirely wrong.

The Crowd: Saints and Sinners
You can’t talk about this night without mentioning the people. There were the hardcore fans who knew every lyric to ‘Take Me Away’ and the groups of mates who were clearly just vibing on the energy. The mosh pit was a chaotic, respectful monster—people would fall, get picked up, and carry on like nothing happened. That’s proper rave etiquette right there.
My personal favorite was a bloke in a puffer jacket who spent the entire track ‘End Credits’ doing a slow-motion fist pump. He looked like a superhero having a very serious, very personal moment with the drop. I salute you, puffer jacket man. You were legendary.
